Learned advocate for the petitioner appearing virtually submits that the petitioner has been pursuing the matter since the year 2012 and the matter has been fixed for hearing on 13th November, before the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal, though Original Application no.688 of 2023 was filed in the year 2023. He submits that no rejoinder is required to be filed before the Tribunal as recorded in the Tribunal's order dated 22.04.2025.

If the petitioner does not wish to file any rejoinder in terms of the order dated 22.04.2025 passed by

the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal, it is open to the petitioner to move the Tribunal accordingly for an early date of hearing by placing such submission on record that rejoinder is not required to be filed.

If such an application is made by the petitioner, we expect that the Tribunal would consider the same expeditiously without any unnecessary delay.

With such observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble High Court.
