WPA 18717 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 2 to consider the application for mutation of the petitioners dated 9th March, 2022 afresh and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from

today after hearing all the necessary parties including the petitioners. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from today. The impugned order under challenge is set aside.
