This contempt application has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and directions passed on 02.05.2024 in WPA(P) 181 of 2024. We find from the said order that the writ petition was disposed of with some observations.

2. Therefore, we cannot entertain this contempt application, however, the appropriate government authorities are advised to examine the matter in terms of the observations made in the order so passed in the writ petition.

3. In the light of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.
