Mr. Pahari, learned advocate appearing for the insurance company submits that the entire awarded amount has already been deposited to the claimants as such the appellant does not want to proceed with the case any further. He prays for withdrawal of the case. Hence the case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is given to the appellant to withdraw the statutory deposit amount of Rs. 25,000/- already deposited with the office of the Registrar General along with accrued interest .

With the above observations FMAT 859 of 2019 is disposed of.

Consequently, CAN 1 of 2019 (Old No.

CAN 9358 of 2019 ) and CAN 2 of 2019 (Old No. CAN 9369 of 2019) are, also thus disposed of.
