Ms. Sana Naaz ..for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is a student of law and also in the business of selling mobile phones. The principal accused was arrested and was granted bail.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She submits that two phone numbers were used to perpetrate fraud upon the victims. One belonged to the present petitioner. OTPs were given from these numbers and money was fraudulently taken out.

Considering the serious allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary against the petitioner, , I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
