1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The victim is alleged to have sustained a simple injury on his head and the nature of the same is not serious as revealed from the injury report.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, nature of allegation, nature of injury as discussed supra and completion of investigation, it is directed that each of the petitioner shall surrender before the learned ACJM, Jhargram, in connection with the aforesaid P.S. case within 15 days from today. On their surrender and application for bail, they shall be released on bail by the aforesaid Court on such terms and conditions as deemed

just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case including the condition:

i) The petitioners shall appear before the trial court on the date of substantive hearing subject to provision of Section 317 Cr.P.C.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.

5. The application being CRM(A) 3303 of 2023 is disposed of.
