On perusal of the report it appears that the petitioner has sought for information under the Right to Information Act 2005 relating to 8th Regional Level Selection Test 2007. In the said selection process petitioner participated for being appointed as Assistant Teacher in Work Education. It is disclosed in the report filed on behalf of the Commission that for conducting the said selection process advertisement was made on 4th June, 2007 and the panel was published on 4th August, 2008 which expired on 3rd August, 2009, precisely 15 years thereafter present writ petition has been filed on 29th July, 2024

seeking information relating to the selection process of 8th RLST 2007.

It is well settled that after expiry of the panel candidates who participated in the selection process does not possess right to question the selection process. In the present case petitioner has come with this writ petition precisely after 15 years of expiry of the panel. In view of aforesaid scenario no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
