Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that socket bombs were seized. She refers to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of eye-witnesses who implicates the petitioner, amongst others.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner. Statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicate the petitioner in the incident of hurling socket bombs.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

C.R.M. (A) 3998 of 2022 is dismissed.
