Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ...... for the State Petitioner is in custody for 106 days. He prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner was a part of the conspiracy to murder the victim. Incriminating articles have been recovered from him. Under such circumstances and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
