...... for the State We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had motive to commit the crime. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accuseds who have been granted bail.

Keeping in mind the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.
