The order dated 30th March, 2026 is mentioned for correction.

In the first line on the 5th page of the continued paragraph 13, the expression, "appellants" shall stand deleted and replaced with the expression "land losers/ crossobjectors and/or legal heirs". 3.

In the 5th line of paragraph no. 12 on the 4th page, the expression 7% per annum" shall stand corrected to read as "9% per annum".

In the last line of paragraph no. 10 on the 4th page, the expression "7% per annum" shall stand corrected to read as "9% per annum".

After the last line of paragraph no. 12 on the 4th page, the following sentence shall be added, "Let the calculations and the payment be made to the land loser/respondents within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the Land Acquisition Collector concerned".

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order 30th March, 2026 is mentioned for correction.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
