for the Petitioner Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick Mr. Sanjib Das ... for the State Mr. Basu Mallick, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the application made by the petitioner for transfer on special grounds has not been provided properly to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.). He submits that 'no objection' required from the school authorities has been provided only by e-mail but the same is required to be provided in physical format. In light of the above, the petitioner is directed to ensure that the application is forwarded to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E) in the correct format. The school authorities are directed to send the same to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Subsequent to receiving the application in the proper format, the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), is directed to forward the same to the Commissioner of School

Education and the Commissioner of School Education is directed to consider the application expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said application.

With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
