2) At the time of call, learned advocate representing the petitioner on instruction submits that petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty of file afresh on selfsame cause of action. 3) In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4) However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to file writ petition afresh on selfsame cause of action. 5) All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
