Perused the case diary.

Considering the materials contained in the case diary including the post mortem report showing inflicting of multiple injuries and the statements of eye-witnesses as contained in the case diary, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
