Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the hearing on the issue of police report could not be conducted for various reasons before the learned trial court and the petitioner is suffering for the same. In view of the innocuous prayer so advanced, the learned Executive Magistrate is directed to conclude the hearing on the issue of the police report by first week of February, 2022.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2435 of 2021c is disposed of. . ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J. )
