The petitioner alleges that the police authorities have stopped the petitioner from continuing with the business of stone crushing. No particulars have been annexed to the writ petition indicating that the police authorities had actually obstructed the petitioner from running such business.

The petitioner has already approached the District Magistrate, Bankura with his grievances, by a letter dated September 19, 2021. Copy of the same has been forwarded to the Superintendent of Police, Bankura, the Officer-in-charge, Gangajalghati Police Station and the Chief Medical Officer of Health. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the District Magistrate, Bankura to look into the allegations of the petitioner and take a decision

expeditiously, as per law. Such decision will be communicated to the petitioner.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
