Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner, is taken on record.

The petitioner and the respondent no.7 are willing to be transferred mutually and to that extent, an application was made on 24th September 2022 on Utsashree Portal and according to the petitioner, this application is pending before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for taking decision. The petitioner prays for direction upon the Commission to decide the mutual transfer application of the petitioner and the respondent no.7.

The respondent no.7 is represented by learned advocate who submits that the said respondent no.7 is

also willing to be transferred mutually, if appropriate decision is taken by the Commission.

The Commission is represented by learned advocate who submits that suspension of Utsashree Portal from 29th September, 2022 might be the reason for not deciding the mutual transfer application. Having considered the submission made on behalf of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 19080 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, being respondent no.3 to take decision on mutual transfer application of the petitioner by four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The decision to be taken by respondent no.3 shall be communicated by 1 week thereafter.

It is made clear that the suspension of Utsashree Portal shall not be a ground for rejection of mutual transfer application of the petitioner and the respondent no.7.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis, on compliance of all formalities.
