Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 23.09.2024, the police authorities have acted upon the same.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that processes which were pending have been executed and on 26.09.2024, the accused was produced before the learned ACJM, Dantan Court, Paschim Medinipur.

Be that as it may, the investigation of the case is in progress. I direct the investigating authorities to take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. The petitioner is aggrieved on other issues.

The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appropriate forum for canvassing such grievance.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19078 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
