1. On 19.05.2025, this Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"The matter has been mentioned and has come up under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction of the order passed on 30th January, 2025.

The petitioner insists that in the 3rd paragraph of the aforesaid order the direction to have the suit transferred to the Court of the learned District Judge, Barrackpore should be corrected to read as learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Barrackpore.

Prima facie, it appears that there is a typographical error in not incorporating the word "Additional" before the word "District Judge" in the last line of paragraph 3, appearing at page 2 of the aforesaid order, however, since the aforesaid order was passed on contest and the opposite party is not represented, I am of the view that a notice in that regard should be served on the opposite party.

List this matter under the same heading on 16th June, 2025.

The petitioner is directed to file an affidavit of service on the returnable date."

2. Today, Mr. Kali, learned advocate representing the petitioner has filed the affidavit-of-service. Let the same be taken on record.

3. Ms. Bhattacharjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party.

4. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, I am of the view that there is typographical error in not incorporating the word "Additional" before the word "District Judge" in the last line of paragraph 3, appearing at page 2 of the order dated 30.01.2025.

5. Having regard thereto, let the aforesaid order dated 30th January, 2025 be corrected by incorporating the word "Additional" before the "District Judge" in the last line of paragraph 3, at page 2 of the order dated 30.01.2025.

6. Department is directed to carry out the aforesaid correction. Let the aforesaid order be treated as a part of the order dated 30.01.2025.

7. Other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
