The appearance of the learned advocate representing the 'DPSC, Purba Bardhaman has wrongly be recorded as 'DPSC, 24 Parganas (S)'.

Be it recorded that Mr. B. P. Vaisya and Mr. Gourav Das learned advocates represented the DPSC Purba Bardhaman.

The last line of the first page of the order dated 1st August, 2024 should read as DPSC, Purba Bardhaman instead and in place of Purba Medinipur.

Rest of the order remains the same.
