This revisional application is relatable to 2012, wherein a direction to secure expeditious trial of Complaint Case No.C/15450 of 2011, pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court, Calcutta, has been sought for. Several dates, previously fixed for the purpose, already went adjourned, due to the non appearance of the petitioner. Petitioner appears to have lost his interest over this case. No use of getting this matter listed any more. The revisional application being CRR 2534 of 2012 accordingly stands dismissed for default.
