Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated. The mother of the petitioner lodged various police complaints against the family members of the de-facto complainant including the de-facto complainant.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the medical examination report of the de-facto complainant as also to her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.). In her statement, in particular, the de-facto complainant claims that the petitioner bitten her. Such claim is

corroborated by the medical examination report of the de-facto complainant.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4004 of 2022 is dismissed.
