Mr. Bani Israil, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the suit has already been decreed in terms of compromise petition on 05.9.2022 and as such, the present revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, petitioners do not want to proceed further with the revisional application.

Let C.O. 2097 of 2021 be dismissed for want of prosecution.
