AGP Ms. Jayeta Mitra ... for the State-Respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he was implicated in connection with Suti PS Case No. 313 of 2024. The petitioner also claims that he is unable to enter his residence as he is subjected to threat at the time of entering into his residence.

State has submitted a report which reflects that earlier because of murder of the nephew, the petitioner was also implicated in Suti PS Case No. 477 of 2023. The shareholders of the property have narrated to the police authorities that in case the petitioner enters his residence,

they have no issue as the case is subjudice. The petitioner expressed his willingness to visit his house which has been reduced to GDE No. 285 dated 09.08.2025.

The report also reflects that the petitioner has already entered and taken possession of his house peacefully. To that effect, two witnesses being Durjadhan Ghosh and Achinta Das have corroborated such factum.

Having considered that the petitioner is presently at his own residence, if there are subsequent inconveniences faced by the petitioner, he would inform the local police station and/or the court in seisin of Suti PS Case No. 477 of 2023 and Suti PS Case No. 313 of 2024. The police authorities and/or the jurisdictional court would pass necessary directions so that over the limited issue of petitioner's staying at his residence is not interfered with by the

private respondents without any order from a court of law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18221 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
