In this intra-Court appeal, the appellant/writ petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 21st June, 2022 in W.P.A. No.16719 of 2021, wherein the writ petitioner sought for police protection all over West Bengal to give protection to the 8th respondent to erect the mobile phone towers.

The prayers sought for was thoroughly misconceived and such a sweeping relief could not have been prayed for in the writ petition. 3.

Therefore, we find no ground to entertain this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed along with the connected application.

There shall be no order as to costs.
