Mr. Nirmalendu Ganguly, learned counsel, appears for the writ petitioners and submits that the grievance in the writ petition as against the respondent nos. 1 and 2/ECL has been redressed. Ms. Priti Banerjee, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2 and submits that compassionate appointment has been granted by an appointment letter dated August 4, 2022 to the petitioner no.1, being the widow of the deceased employee. A copy of the said letter of appointment as handed over by her in Court be retained with the records.

Mr. Kallol Guha Thakurata, learned counsel, appears for the respondent no.3.

Learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners submits that he is aggrieved by the order

passed by a coordinate Bench on June 20, 2022 on the issue of interest on account of belated payment of provident fund under Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme (in short, CMPF).

In the circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in the instant writ petition, being WPA 19457 of 2021.

In the event the writ petitioners are aggrieved by any order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court, they may take appropriate steps, if any, in accordance with law.

The writ petition, being WPA 19457 of 2021, is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
