Deb Roy, learned AGP, submits a report which reflects that Monteswar PS Case No. 313 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025 was registered for investigation and, subsequently, on completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted before the learned jurisdictional court.

As the police authorities have taken steps, I find no issue to interfere so far as the grievance of the petitioner is concerned. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the charge-sheet so submitted, he would take out an appropriate application before the learned jurisdictional court which would assess regarding the grievance of the petitioner and pass necessary directions as it deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18225 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
