2. The instant revisional application has been preferred by the petitioner seeking transfer of proceedings in connection with Miscellaneous Case No. 88 of 2015 and M. Execution Case No. 40 of 2018 (Moumita Pal Vs. Prashnatita Pal), both pending before the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Bankura to the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, 24 Parganas (South).

3. Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency of this Court, it seems to this Court that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the instant revisional application.

4. Accordingly, the instant CRR 2630 of 2018 is, thus, dismissed for default.

Consequently, connected pending application being CRAN 2844 of 2019 is also dismissed.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned trial court for necessary information.
