Record shows that notice of this revisional application has not been served on the opposite party. The petitioners, by filing the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, have prayed for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 104 of 2006 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Second Court at Howrah.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the court below has been granting unnecessary adjournments and due to which, there is a delay in disposal of the case and such delay is causing hardship to the petitioners. Having regard to the nature of relief claimed by the petitioners, being a prayer for expeditious disposal of the suit, I do no find any need to serve notice of the present application on the opposite party and it is not likely to cause any prejudice to the interest of the opposite party. Therefore, service of notice of this application on the opposite party is dispensed with. The learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Second

Court at Howrah, is requested to dispose of Title Suit No. 104 of 2006 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, as I find that the suit is pending for last sixteen years. The learned Judge shall dispose of the matter on priority basis. The revisional application being C.O. 2099 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of without, however, any order as to costs. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, will be made available to the applicant within a week from the date of putting in the requisites. .
