Mr. Banshi Badan Maity ...for the petitioner Ms. Rupsha Chakraborty ...for the State According to the petitioner this is a matter of CPF to GPF. If that be so, the following order is passed.

The petitioner prays for arrear pension for conversion of her account from CPF to GPF. She has been given pension from the date of deposit of the entire money which was paid to her against her CPF. But the pension is given only from date of refund of money. She is entitled to get pension from the date following her date of retirement. Therefore, arrear pension should be given within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. However, the petitioner has submitted that she does not want any interest on the arrear pension amount. With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
