2. The instant revisional application has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing of the proceedings of Charge Sheet No. 0091197 of 2016 under Sections 138/141 of the N.I. Act, 1881 pending before the court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court at Calcutta.

3. Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency of this Court, it seems to this Court that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the instant revisional application.

4. Accordingly, the instant CRR 2634 of 2018 is, thus, dismissed for default.

Consequently, connected pending application being CRAN 1263 of 2019 is also dismissed.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned trial court for necessary information.
