Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of Shasan Police Station Case No. 35 of 2025 being registered for investigation, no steps have been taken by the police authorities and the petitioner till date is being threatened by the private respondents.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents disputes and denies the contentions of the petitioner.

State has submitted a report which reflects that charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court in respect of the case which was initiated pursuant to directions passed by the learned Magistrate.

Having considered that charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court, petitioner would ventilate his grievance before the jurisdictional court.

Petitioner complains of insecurity. In case of insecurity, specific accusations be made before the jurisdictional court in respect of the individuals who are creating problems. Learned Magistrate would call for a report from the police authorities and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 18276 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
