1. It transpires from the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the alleged contemnor no. 1 that online application filed by the petitioner is deficient on several scores.

2. Apart from no occupancy proof having been given by the petitioner in his own name, certain portions of the application have been kept blank. That apart, it is contended that due to the locality being covered by water, the connection could not be given to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, who is appearing on change, seeks a further week's time for filing his reply.

4. Accordingly, the time for filing affidavit-in-reply is extended for a week from date.

5. The matter shall next be listed on March 1, 2024.

6. Leave is granted to the learned Advocate-onrecord to carry out the necessary amendment regarding the name of the alleged contemnor no. 1 as per the correct name supplied by learned counsel for the alleged contemnor no.1.
