Mr. Banshi Badan Maity ..for the petitioner Mr. Mukteswar Maity Ms. Manika Sarkar ..for the State According to the petitioner this is a matter of CPF to GPF. If that be so, the following order is passed.

The petitioner prays for arrear pension for conversion of her deceased husband's account from CPF to GPF. She has been given pension from the date of deposit of all the money which was paid to her against her CPF. But the pension is given only from date of refund of money. She is entitled to get pension from date following the date of retirement. Arrear pension should be given within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. However, the petitioner has submitted that she does not want any interest of the arrear pension amount. With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
