1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the statement of the neighbours wherefrom the involvement of the petitioner cannot be ruled out at this stage and also having regard to the fact that the petitioner has previous criminal antecedent, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
