Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the proceedings in connection with Kaliachak P.S. Case No. 1190 of 2021 dated October 27, 2021 under sections 22(1)/27A/29 NDPS Act and that the petitioner prays for quashing of the aforesaid proceedings.

I have considered the submission so advanced as also the averment which is narrated in the revisional application. The same relates to the question of facts. The petitioner shall be at liberty to canvass such points at the appropriate stage of trial. No interference is called for in this revisional application at this stage.

With the above observations, CRR No.3038 of 2022 stands disposed of. Pending application, if any, stands also disposed of. Parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
