Reports submitted by Inspector-in-Charge, Bankura Police Station and Inspector-in-Charge, Bishnupur Police Station both dated 17.08.2025 be also kept with the record. Copy of both the reports be handed over to the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner and the private respondents. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of valid permission being issued by the Secretary, State Transport Authority, he is unable to ply his vehicle. According to the petitioner, the vehicle is primarily covering two police stations viz., Bankura Police Station and Bishnupur Police Station.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 9 and 10 submits that the bus association has not created any obstruction.

Let the submissions made by the learned advocate appearing for the private respondents be treated as an undertaking before this Court.

I find from the report submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Bankura Police Station that a proceeding under Section 126 of BNSS has been drawn up and a sharp vigil has been kept at Gobindanagar Bus Stand to avoid any untoward incident.

Having considered the report of the police authorities, I direct that in case there is any obstruction in plying of the vehicle which according to the petitioner is operating on valid permit, the police authorities would take steps by taking out appropriate application in respect of the bond submitted by the members of the association before the learned Executive Magistrate.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 18374 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
