This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged removal of the writ petitioner as a Secretary by the Cooperative Society de hors the rules and regulations of the Cooperative Society.

From perusal of the document and the Cooperative Societies Act, 2006, it is apparent that disputes of this nature are required to be referred under Section 102 before the Registrar.

In light of the same, I am of the view that this writ petition may be treated as a complaint/dispute before the Registrar and the Registrar, after granting an opportunity of hearing to all the parties, shall pass a reasoned order upon the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from date.

The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing of the same.

With these above directions, WPA 19471 of 2021 is disposed of.
