Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities and to that effect, informed the local police station being Hasnabad Police Station. I find that last of the communication was on or about April, 2024.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there is a long standing land dispute and at the relevant point of time, the Inspector-in-Charge, Hasnabad Police Station took steps.

Having considered that the last of the representation made by the petitioners was on or about April, 2024 and substantial time has passed in the meantime, if the petitioners are faced with similar inconveniences, petitioners will file a fresh representation before the police authorities who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19079 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
