Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the matter any further in view of the fact that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled.

In view of the above, the revisional application is dismissed for non prosecution.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
