Mr. Subhabrata Das ...for the State Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he sought for Administrative help pursuant to the decree passed in his favour in connection with T.S. No. 233 of 2016.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the Civil Court has passed an order which is being violated by the private respondents and the respondent nos. 6 to 8 forcefully built an iron gate with concrete brick wall. The petitioner is unable to enter the Plot No. 1279. Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioner that in respect of a decree he has been unable to exercise his right and the execution proceedings are pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Diamond Harbour I direct the

learned Civil Court to expedite the execution proceedings and if required direct the police authority to execute the decree as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of the order.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.
