1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. In view of the fact that there has been no change in the circumstances since rejection of the earlier application for anticipatory bail on 3rd October, 2023, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
