2.Chemical report submitted in Court is placed on record.

3.Report shows presence of codeine phosphate in the sample. Materials on record establish recovery of narcotics i.e. 116 bottles of Phensedyl Syrup containing codeine phosphate above commercial quantity from the possession of the petitioner. 4.In view of the materials on record and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
