Report submitted by Mr. Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The report submitted by the State reflects that the warrant, proclamation and attachment was executed on 27th January, 2021. Surprisingly, why the warrant of arrest is again issued on 5th July, 2023 calls for an explanation. However, having regard to the purpose for which the petitioner approached this court, I am of the view that no interference can be made as the case is of the year 2018. Chargesheet was submitted in the year 2020 and more than three years have passed since the processes were issued. Consequently, petitioner would be at liberty to approach for regular bail before the jurisdictional court. .

With the aforesaid observations, the present criminal revisional application being CRR 2865 of 2023 is disposed of.
