1. Learned counsel for the revisional applicant has submitted that the complainant has already died. As such he has prayed for quashing of the proceeding pending before the Learned Trial Court.
2. Learned counsel has also submitted the Xerox copy of the death certificate of Ranajit Kumar Seth, who died on 10.02.2025. Let the said certificate be kept with the record.
3. As the complainant has died, I think the instant revisional application has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly the CRR 3038 of 2011 be disposed of being infructuous.
5. A copy of the order be sent down to the learned Trial Court for passing appropriate order in view of the death of the complainant in connection with Case No.C/10617/2010 pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta.
