I have heard the submissions of learned advocate for the petitioner and learned advocate for the State. No interest is to be paid on the arrear pension, but the arrear pension has to be cleared by the authority by one month from the date of communication of this order. The period should be from the date of retirement to the pension payment order.

I direct the respondent nos.4 and 5 to look into the matter and take the appropriate decision. With the above observation and decision, this matter is disposed of.
