In such view of the matter, the present application has become infructuous.

Let revisional application, being C.O. 2971 of 2019 stands dismissed being infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

(Later) Mr. Bijoy Adhikary ...For the Petitioners After passing of the aforesaid order learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that a contempt application, being CPAN 730 of 2020 is pending against the learned Judge, 4th Small Causes Court, Calcutta.

It is further submitted that the learned Counsel for the opposite parties has not been

notified, although there was a direction to file affidavit-in-reply.
