Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. There are allegations implicating the petitioner and her husband.

The husband apparently is not participating in the investigations. On repeated queries, the petitioner is unable to inform the Court as to the whereabouts of the husband of the petitioner.

In view of such conduct of the petitioner and her husband and in view of the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4013 of 2022 is dismissed.
