The learned Advocate Mr. Sirajul Islam, has called the petitioner to his office in connection with M.A.C.C. No. 208 of 2008 for the purpose of filing an execution proceeding.

The petitioner claims that he has not received any such communication.

Bhangore Police Station has also requested the said learned Advocate Mr. Sirajul Islam to take steps in the matter.

If the petitioner chooses not to co-operate, there is nothing that this Court can do. The petitioner may contact the said Advocate Mr. Sirajul Islam or engage another Advocate for the purpose of taking steps for execution of the decree passed in M.A.C.C. No. 125 of 2008.

The search report from the Court below indicates that the sum awarded have not been disbursed to anybody till date. A copy of the information slip from the Court of the 8th Additional District Judge, Alipore is kept with the record.

The report of Inspector-in-charge, Bhangore Police Station dated 6th February, 2023 in the form of instructions addressed to the State Advocate be taken on record.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
