Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is de facto complainant in respect of G.R. Case No. 5274 of 2021 arising out of Jagatballavpur Police Station Case No. 155 of 2021 dated 13.09.2021. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that on 17.11.2021, the de facto complainant preferred an application for cancellation of bail. Till date, the said application for cancellation of bail has not been disposed of by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah.

Having regard to the contentions so advanced, I direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah to dispose of the application for cancellation of bail by 30.11.2023. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2866 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
